Lou Papaleo
Has your parent or other family loved one been plundered through a VCAT administration? Post your complaints here about this person Luigi (Lou) Adrian Papaleo and Flinders Trust Group - FTL Judge and Papaleo Pty Ltd (formerly Judge and Papaleo) to warn other families with mild to severe conflict to think twice about the implications.

Could you or anyone tell me some of these stories. I have a few of my own and am appalled by the Australian legal system. Why does this company have a monopoly at VCAT? My mom is being drained by them.
ReplyDeleteIt’s not surprising really that there are horror stories linked to them.
ReplyDeleteThey are part of an extensive network. Most interesting is that Carole Ainio
takes VCAT orders to Rockwell Olivier, who have now become ‘RB Flinders’ after the
demise of ILH Group. The whole ILH Group Limited story is curious. Particularly their expansion after the auditor found they might not be viable.

It seems Flinders Australia Limited have been waiting in the wings to take up financial advice (and aged care) considering their list of business names (Here: https://www.scribd.com/doc/259125511/324-Flinders-Trustees-related-companies-by-office-holders-or-addresses)
There are certainly some interesting characters and institutions in this network.
FTL Judge & Papaleo, as far as I am aware, remain without an AFSL (Australian Financial services) licence, unlike other trustees, ie State Trustees, Equity Trustees.

ReplyDeleteI am trying to locate Judge & Papaleo, can anyone provide me with any information? TIA
